Social Network Solicitation
CharityMobi raises funds by using social networks to distribute charitable information and solicit donations. The organization uses the following social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, Google Plus. Certain social networks have subscribers that communicate and exchange information. CharityMobi will participate in these groups to build relationships with donors, and to plan fundraising events and activities.
Internet-Raffle
CharityMobi may from time to time, hold an internet - raffle to raise funds for a special program or project. Each internet- raffle shall be a Board Approved project. The organization may solicit merchandise to be provided as awards. The organization shall follow all rules and guidelines as published by the State of Georgia, Fulton County, and the Internal Revenue Service in regard to holding a Raffle.
Social & Personal Solicitation, Volunteer Solicitation
CharityMobi staff solicit donors and provide social network and personal solicitation. CharityMobi raises funds by mobilizing and empowering volunteers to provide social network and personal solicitation of donations. Volunteers choose how they wolud like to help: by raising funds to be used for the implementation of World Health Relief aid programs in a designated foreign country, or by selecting a special relief aid project in the United States, such as a Hurricane Relief Aid event.
CharityMobi will issue Square-UP mobile donation devices to volunteers that have personal I-Phones, or other mobile phones that may be used with Square-up devices. There is no charge for the Square-UP devices. The Square-Up devices will be used process credit card and debit card donations as provided to CharityMobi designated programs. Donors will be solicited to make donations via the Volunteer's mobile devices. Square-UP proved receipt directly to the donor's mobile device or via email, and the remittace donation is provided to CharityMobi. CharityMobi acknowledges donations via Square Up , and provide a Tax Exemption letter for al donors that make a donction that exceed
Volunteers may be authorized to solicit donations for purchase of a Raffle ticket via the CharityMobi web site; and donations to a Restricted Fund for a specific country or a special relief aid project. In the future Volunteers may be authorized to seek donations for relief aid for a sponsored child.
Phone Solicitation, voice and text message
CharityMobi raises funds by phone solicitation, voice and text message. A special text or voice message may be coordinated with a merchant partner. Merchant partners may provide a loyalty coupon, when a special purpose fundraising message is sent to a mobile device.
Special Events for Youth
CharityMobi raises funds by mobilizing youth to raise funds for the organization. The youth are organized at special events and at school presentations that provide them training on how to help our cause.
The events will provide CharityMobi videos, and teach youth to be active in helping medically needy children by texting, sending videos to the children, and donating funds via text messaging.
CharityMobi raises funds by US Postal Mail
The organization will apply for a US Postal certificate for non-profit status mail rates. Special rates are provided for non-profit agencies.
In our fundraising efforts, we may prepare a special funding brochure or solicitation and mail that solicitation to potential merchant, corporate or individual donors to inform donors of a special purpose solicitation, i.e. a solicitation for matching donations, a solicitation of merchant vendor support, a special purpose project, or other activities or funding needs.
We may partner with Strategic Alliance Partners or Merchant Vendors to fund the printing of solicitations that will be distributed via mail, and coordinate the mailing with e-mail solicitation to mobile or cellular devices.
Foundation Grants
CharityMobi raises funds by researching and identifying foundations that may be worthy of the effort to write and submit a grant application. Many foundations and corporations have grants that may be suitable funding sources for our specific projects. CharityMobi may be required to meet funding guidelines of certain foundations, which make requirements of other charitable, educational or scientific purposes in addition to or in replacement of one or more of the primary purposes of the CharityMobi organization, i.e. in replacement of our primary purpose of serving Medically Needy children. In that case CharityMobi may qualify as a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit organization to apply and receive such a grant. The organizations primary purposes are serving medically needy children, nutritionally deprived children, and supporting better medical by providing technology solutions. Our primary focus of grant research, and grant applications and grant administration will be to seek grants that are an appropriate match for our organization’s purposes.
Government Grants
CharityMobi raises funds by researching and identifying Government Grants that may be worthy of the effort to write and submit a grant application. E-mail Solicitation
CharityMobi raises funds by distributing charitable information via e-mail; and by e-mail solicitation. In our fundraising efforts, we may send an e-mail to certain donors to inform them of a special purpose solicitation. Customers maintain the right to opt-out of news letters, special event notifications or e-mail solicitation.
About Your Donation
A donor is responsible for obtaining a written acknowledgment from a charity for any single contribution of $250 or more before the donor can claim a charitable contribution on his/her federal income tax return. A charitable organization is required to provide a written disclosure to a donor who receives goods or services in exchange for a single payment in excess of $75.

- CharityMobi provides a written Tax Exemption Letter to a donor along with our 501 (c) 3 Letter as documentation and acknowledgement of any single donation that is $250.00 or more.
- CharityMobi Donors that make a donation that is less than $250.00 may print our 501(c) 3 Letter if desired, as a single donation that is less than $250.00 does not require a charity acknowledgement letter, however you must retain your donation receipt whcih is required to itemize donations as required by the United States Internal Revenue service.
- CharityMobi will provide a written disclosure to any donor that receives goods or services from CharityMobi in exchange for a single donation in excess of $75.00.
